Pay upfront, keep your tax invoice. Or use a direct-bill clinic — most metro cities have them.
Open the claims form
From your insurer's mobile app or website. Have your policy number ready.
Upload your receipt
Snap a photo of the tax invoice. The insurer typically replies within 5 working days.
Get reimbursed
Refunds land in your nominated account. Hospital cover claims are paid directly to the hospital.
